360 Capital looking to List new Digital Infrastructure Fund
360 Capital announced that its' 50/50 joint venture with David Yuile, to build a global digital infrastructure partnership with 360 Capital Digital Infrastructure Partners (“360CDIP”) has now been established.
The 360 Capital Global Digital Infrastructure Partners (GDIP) will focus on the investment of digital infrastructure assets such as data centres and telecommunications infrastructure including towers, submarine cables and dark fibre networks.
Initial responses from 360 Capital's latest roadshow to both local and overseas capital partners and wholesale investors suggested that a listed platform would be a compelling access point to the platform.
As a result of these responses and as part of diversifying the partnership’s capital sources, the Group and the JV Investment Manager have elected to explore an IPO on the ASX of 360 Capital Digital Infrastructure Fund (“Fund”).
The Fund will invest directly into 360CDIP, providing listed investors access to the 360CDIP assets and pipeline.
