ISPT have acquired an industrial development site in Prestons for $11m from Liverpool City Council. The 2.6ha parcel of land (in pale green above) adjoins an existing parcel ISPT secured in July 2019 (dark green above).
ISPT have submitted a Development Application on the combined 6.2ha site for a development which includes a large warehouse of 33,440sqm capable of being split into three tenancies. The building design allows flexibility of the location of internal partition walls to cater to different tenant requirements. Truck access would be provided via a shared driveway from Kookaburra Road in the northern end of the site, with car parking access from two entry/exit points on Kurrajong Road. A total of 180 car parking spaces would be provided.
Part of the site is within an environmental protection zone and Council have requested further amendments to the plan and further information in relation to the proposal prior to considering it for approval.
