Windsor Marketplace Sold for $22.6M

Centuria property group's Retail Fund have sold a 100% interest in Windsor Marketplace for $22.6M.

The 5,320sqm neighbourhood centre is predominantly leased to Woolworths (with an expiry in 2033) and 9 other tenancies and a separate titled freestanding medical centre. The centre was fully redeveloped in 2009 and has an established and growing trade area population of approx 35,920 persons.

The Centre has a fully leased net income of $1,508,172pa, providing the purchaser with a yield of 6.67%.

The sale campaign was conducted by Savills and Stonebridge Property.
